Private sessions are customized for your individual body, challenges, lifestyle and goals. Each session is based on your needs at that time, so no two sessions will be exactly the same.
I am your partner in this process but you are the key to your success. What you put in is what you get out. Together we’ll explore movements, habits and thought patterns that contribute to your pain so you can empower yourself to set new ones. You’ll learn to alleviate or avoid pain and move in a way that feels free—even enjoyable.
All you need to bring is your curiosity, an open mind and a yoga mat. Come ready to practice in bare feet or socks.
If you’re new to yoga or don’t think you can do it, not to worry. I’ll safely and gently guide you into suitable movements, meditations or breath work, providing hands-on assistance from time to time. There is never any pushing, forcing or straining in this practice.
You may be surprised at how subtle some of the movements are. Rest assured—even the tiniest actions can lead to big shifts.
